Drummettes
Hot
Wing Drummettes

Ingredients:
1 LB Red Bird drummettes per person
Canola Oil
Your favorite Hot Wing Sauce
Bring a pot of water to a strong boil.
Submerge drummettes in boiling water for 10 minutes. While
drummettes are boiling, pour canola oil into a second deep
pot. Add Canola oil to a 2" depth. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Remove drummettes from water. Pat drummettes dry before placing
into hot oil. Fry drummettes for 8 minutes. Appearance after
fry should be light brown. Submerge wings in your favorite
hot wing sauce and place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10
minutes at 425 degrees. Remove and enjoy!
