Here at Red Bird Farms, we LOVE food. Although some of our staff is more skilled at eating than cooking, we take pride in the experts we do have. Red Bird employs a chef who is a member of the ACF. Our resident chef is vital; how can we understand food if we don’t know how to prepare it?
So, in our quest to be in touch with expert chefs, Red Bird Farms is extremely involved with the American Culinary Federation, whose Colorado chapter is the largest in the country (with 1,000 members). Red Bird Farms also has one seat on the executive board and two seats on the Education Board. In addition, Red Bird Farms sponsors the Annual Chicken Throw Down (which is for 150 people). We also support the Annual Blue Grass ACF Fundraiser every year. Thank you chefs, for making Red Bird chicken taste so good!
